Glucosamine HCl helps to repair your joints, as it is a building block from which the body makes cartilage, collagen and other components of connective tissue.

Glucosamine: an amino sugar that is one of the building blocks of tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissue.  Glucosamine promotes healthy joint function, as it is instrumental in the formation of cartilage, the dense, flexible material that cushions joints.
